A WEIRD STREET MACHINE

I am not a car enthusiasts, but i appreciate the beauty that every vehicle has. They all look like a toy despite of their million dollar worth. Though i write articles about cars, still, i can't find any reasons why should I be more interested in them, until i saw this picture of a "mysterious" vehicle. Well, i call it "mysterious" 'coz this one's doesn't have a name, probably there is, but i can't find it on the net. Anyway, i've found it in a forum where the people out there call it the "NemoMobile". I don't know why they call it such, 'coz it doesn't look like a sea creature or even look like Nemo (lol). All I know is, this mysterious vehicle appeared in a movie, well, the background of the picture tells it, right? Now, aside from Lamborghini Murcielago, this one's my new favorite.

UNBREAKABLE

Where are the people that accuse me?
The ones who beat me down and bruised me?
They hide, just out of sight
Can’t face me in the light
They will return, but I’ll be stronger

God, I want to dream again
Take me where I’ve never been
I want to go there
This time I’m not scared
Now I am unbreakable
It’s unmistakable
No one can touch me
Nothing can stop me

Sometimes it’s hard to just keep going
But faith is moving without knowing
Can I trust what I can’t see
to reach my destiny?
I want to take control, but I know better

God, I want to dream again
Take me where I’ve never been
I want to go there
This time I’m not scared
Now I am unbreakable
It’s unmistakable
No one can touch me
Nothing can stop me

Forget the fear, it’s just a crutch
That tries to hold you back and turn your dreams to dust
All you need to do is just trust
(Trust, trust, trust)

God, I want to dream again
Take me where I’ve never been
I want to go there
This time I’m not scared
Now I am unbreakable
It’s unmistakable
No one can touch me
Nothing can stop me

God, I want to dream again
Take me where I’ve never been
I want to go there
This time I’m not scared
Now I am unbreakable
It’s unmistakable
No one can touch me
Nothing can stop me

ENERGY

'

I wish I could rip out a page of my memory
Cause I put to much energy in him and me

Can't wait till I get through this phase
Cause it's killing me
To bad we can't re-write our own history

Such a mystery when hes here with me
It's hard to believe I'm still lonely
Chances fading now, patience running out
This ain't how it's supposed to be

I'm having nightmares from sleeping with the enemy
We gotta re-reverse the chemistry
I don't want us to be the end of me
This love is taking all of my energy

Energy, My Energy
Taking all my energy

Seems only like yesterday, Not even gravity
Could keep your feet off the ground when u go to me
How can two be as one
We've become to divided now

There's no use hiding from my misery

Ya killing me
Ya taking all of me yeah, oh
This love is taking all of my energy

JUST FINE..wahahahahaha!

happy

Let it go……
Can’t let this thing called love get away from you
Feel free right now, going do what you want to do
Can’t let nobody take it away, from you, from me, from we
No time for moping around, are you kidding?
And no time for negative vibes, cause I’m winning
It’s been a long week, I put in my hardest
Gonna live my life, feels so good to get it right

So I like what I see when I’m looking at me
When I’m walking past the mirror
No stress through the night, at a time in my life
Ain’t worried about if you feel it
Got my head on straight, I got my mind right
I aint gonna let you kill it
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just…..

Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just fine

Feels so good, when you’re doing all the things that you want to do
Get the best out of life, treat yourself to something new
Keep your head up high
In yourself, believe in you, believe in me
Having a really good time, I’m not complaining
And I’m a still wear a smile if it raining
I got to enjoy myself regardless
I appreciate life, I’m so glad I got mine
So I like what I see when I’m looking at me

When I’m walking past the mirror
Aint worried about you and what you gonna do
I’m a lady so I must stay classy
Got to keep it hot, keep it together
If I want to get better
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just…..
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
You see I won’t change my life, my life’s just fine

I aint gon’ let nothing get in my way
(I ain't gone let nobody bring me down, no, no, no)
No matter what nobody has to say
(No way, no way, no way)
I ain’t gon’ let nothing get in my way
No matter what nobody has to say

Feels so good, when you’re doing all the things that you want to do
Get the best out of life, treat yourself to something new
It’s a really good thing to say
That I won’t change my life, my life’s just fine

Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
You see I won’t change my life, my life’s just fine

So I like what I see when I’m looking at me
When I’m walking past the mirror
No stress through the night, at a time in my life
Ain’t worried about if you feel it
Got my head on straight, I got my mind right
I ain’t gonna let you kill it
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just…..

Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just fine

ain't nobody can let me down..i pity you.

"Qoutes and Qoutes"

Here are some of the qoutes that i really really like;

"We should be careful and discriminating in all the advice we give. We should be especially careful in giving advice that we would not think of following ourselves. Most of all, we ought to avoid giving counsel which we don't follow when it damages those who take us at our word."

"Good advice is always certain to be ignored, but that's no reason not to give it."

"Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't."

"When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving much advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a gentle and tender hand. The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares."

"Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year. No man has learned anything rightly, until he knows that every day is Doomsday."

"Whatever you do, you need courage. Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a soldier needs. Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them."

"No person is your friend who demands your silence, or denies your right to grow."

"People grow through experience if they meet life honestly and courageously. This is how character is built."

"To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly."

"Just because everything is different doesn't mean that everything has changed."

"The important thing is this: To be able at any moment to sacrifice what we are for what we could become."

"The most beautiful discovery true friends make is that they can grow separately without growing apart."

"It is one of the severest tests of friendship to tell your friend his faults. So to love a man that you cannot bear to see a stain upon him, and to speak painful truth through loving words, that is friendship."

"The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention…. A loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words."

"Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing."

"Those who try to do something and fail are infinitely better than those who try nothing and succeed."

"It is easy to follow, but it is uninteresting to do easy things. We find out about ourselves only when we take risks, when we challenge and question."

"I am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may learn how to do it."

10 Questions to Ask Yourself Now!

Got this Tag Question from Justin.

1.) If you could do anything you want to tomorrow, what would it be?

Hmm..sleep probably. I need more of it since I often stay late up at night with my computer. If not, umm.. food trip with my family. I always wanted to do this since I haven’t spend much time with them.

2.) What are your core values?

Here’s seven I think best describe me as a person:

Humor- I always want to make other people laugh. Without it, life is so damn boring!

Silence- My introvert side makes me more mysterious.

Freedom- I am a freeman! People can’t dictate me. The freedom to do what I really want in life is something that is important to me.

Maturity- Everyone has a childish side and that includes me, however, I always apply my maturity aspect on things.

Serious- Life is not a joke, sometimes we really have to get serious. We have to balance it. One should know when to joke and when to get serious.

Giving/charity–Giving or sharing blessings even in simplest ways is important to me.

Personal growth–This is something that is really important to me. I really need it more.

3.) What are your special talents?

-I am good when it comes to familiarizing a song or lyrics. Hehe

- I am very good at listening to others
- interpreting other language though not that good.

-advising..i guess..hehe

- Making others feel good, happy, and better about themselves

4.) What do you do better than most people you know?

Whoa! This is quite tough, hmm..i guess I’m good at listening to others. Well, I can’t say that this is good, but even though I have a problem or whenever there is someone has a problem, I can still find time to make a joke about it and make others or myself laugh.

5.) What were your dreams as a child?

Believe it or not, my dream is to become an astronomer.

6.) What is the thing you are most proud of accomplishing in your life so far?

Well, actually, there are a lot of things which I could say I am proud of. Graduating in college was one of them and to becoming a writer, Plus, being happy while living a simple life.

7.) What will you regret not doing in your life if you continue as you are now?

Not taking risk. Sometimes, we need it. But it takes a lot of guts since you have to make sacrifices for it.

8.) What do you want people to say about you after you are no longer living? What is your legacy?

Well, I guess remembering the moments I’ve spent with them are enough, particularly to those people whom I’ve shared my advices, opinions, laughter, and sermons.

9.) What do you want to do when you retire?

When I retire, I hope to have my own family whom I can spend my time with and enjoy life.

10.) Outside of parents who influenced your life more than anyone else; who had an impact on your life and what was it about that person that meant something to you?

Aside from my parents, probably a few of my closest friends have had a big impact on my life. Well, I don’t have to give their names here, they know who they are. They have also helped me grow as a person. Well, this is the right time to thank them. Thanks for everything guys! (hehe corny)

FROM GHETTO TO BOHEMIAN

bohemian necklace daw

From Ghetto to Bohemian. Yep, before i was really into tees, jeans, and sneakers. When hip hop became a part of my life, I've changed my style and turn it to ghetto. But as i explore fashion, bohemian style caught my attention. It has a unique concept, you know that gypsy styles and colorful stuffs, their kinda' cool. So now, i wanna' try it. But since i don't want to be a fashion victim, i have to get some few advices from the "fashionistas". I've found some great tips on how to develop your Bohemian fashion sense

What does it mean to look Bohemian? Don't turn to Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' for the answer - that song speaks with more depth than a fashion statement ever could. Don't look to world history, either. 'Bohemian' used to simply be the term used to describe people of the former kingdom of Bohemia, now the Czech Republic. It became a name for artists in France when the artists started to look like Gypsies, which were commonly assumed to emigrate from Bohemia.
So what is bohemianism these days? First of all, it's an outlook: a modern bohemian is intensely concerned with artistic self-expression, in all its forms (visual art, sculpting, literature, music, dance). A bohemian is usually anti-establishment, is an unorthodox, intelligent thinker, and is also often lacking in funds due to his or her passions.
But why would you want to look like a starving artist? I've got ten reasons, as long as you don't take my word for it. Bohemianism isn't for sheep. While the following points are pretty common to bohemian culture, creativity and individualism are of utmost importance. Feel free to disagree.

1) SECOND HAND STORES ARE TREASURE TROVES.
The second hand store is a great place to find strange items, and at the same time, to avoid the hustle-and-bustle, buy-buy-buy aura of the mall. Several times, while visiting my local mall, I've been overwhelmed by the urge to head down to my favorite second-hand store, and not only because of the prices.
Second hand stores are diverse and relaxed. You can find anything from roller skates to great plaid punk dresses (I have!), for a few bucks apiece. Anything donated to the store is put out on the racks as long as it's in decent shape, so expect to find shawls, scarves, antique sunglasses, hats, jewelry, jackets, and handmade items.

2) BAGGY IS BEAUTIFUL - AND COMFY!
Bohemian style is practical - you won't see a Bohemian out in the cold without a coat (often double-breasted) unless it's for a performance arts project. Likewise, tight, constricting clothing is out of the question. Bohemianism is all about freedom, so freedom of motion is important.
However, we're not talking about potato sacks, either. Bohemian blouses and peasant shirts, available hand-embroidered, come in many cuts and styles to accentuate your shape. A wide boat-neck collar can show off your collarbones and the length of your neck, or you can hide your throat with a scarf, or throw a shawl over your shoulder. Use a belt or a tie (neckties make great belts) to pull in a longer top at the waist, or conversely, let all the fabric flow around you. Short dresses look great over a pair of jeans or corduroy pants, and flat shoes are good for your back. You can even layer short skirts over long ones.
Personally, I find flowy skirts absolutely wonderful. I have several, printed and patchworked in multiple patterns each, which I balance with T-shirts of solid colors. I also have a few handmade hippie-style dresses. The skirts keep my legs cool in the summer, and can still be worn with some high boots and knee socks in cold weather, while the dresses make suitable play clothes (Hey, I'll never be old enough to quit playing).

3) STYLE IS WHO YOU ARE, NOT WHAT YOU SPEND.
A bohemian turns the body into a work of art as inexpensively as possible. That means avoiding big names, or even avoiding brand names altogether (Gucci, Klein, Versace and the like can be taken out of the picture). While it's important to look good as a cohesive whole, keeping fabric pattern combinations and colours ungarish and pleasing, this can be done without emptying your bank account.

4) BIG NAMES ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH MONEY.
Craft stores and locally-owned shops, although a bit more expensive than thrift stores, have a lot to offer. On top of finding something one-of-a-kind, you get to feel good about supporting rising businesspeople.
For many, it's important to research who you buy from. Some bohemians are vegans, and avoid animal-derived clothing like leather and even wool. Some don't want to support the sweatshop industry, and thus avoid manufacturers who use third world poverty to their advantage. A part of bohemianism is about being smart, and using your dollar itself as a mode of expression. Who and what you support with it is up to you.

5) CONFIDENT EXPRESSION IS SEXY.
I have a beige wool hat and some off-white mittens that go up to my elbows, and I positively love them. I get more compliments on them than anything else I wear, and guess what? I found them on the ground a few years ago. With a wash, they were as good as new, and while some judge this to be 'dirty' or 'weird,' I'm confident about them and how they suit me.
When you show who you really are (and that can mean being unafraid to admit a bit of near garbage-picking), because you like who you are, people notice, and they like it too. If you're looking to attract an intelligent, confident, creative mate, nurture those traits in yourself, and you'll reel 'em in with ease.

6) IT FEELS GOOD TO MAKE THINGS.
I wholeheartedly testify to this point on a personal level - I make and locally sell hemp jewelry. It doesn't pay all the bills by any means, but it's definitely gratifying to see which pieces sell, and how much some buyers adore them. The best part? I get to keep my favorites for myself.
I've also made purses out of used jeans and skirts out of bedsheets, and while I wouldn't consider myself a skilled seamstress, I can wear what I make with a level of pride that I couldn't feel about something that isn't one-of-a-kind and made by me, with my personal tastes at the forefront.
I hear crocheting and knitting are both easy once you get the hang of them, and macrame is a breeze. Once you're good enough at sewing, you can make your own patterns. You could also make your own buttons and pins, as well as hats, scarves, mittens, socks, and more. The possibilities are endless, and the satisfaction is positively intoxicating.

7) DIVERSITY IS GROOVY.
Imagine what the world would be like if every single person shopped at Old Navy. Yes, it would look like a high school, but my real point is this: people would seem boring. 1984 is long past, and so should be the insecurities of conformity. There's more to diversity than Hot Topic vs. The Gap, and the wiser we are to this, the more interesting our surroundings will be.

8) RULES ARE WORTH SHUCKING WHENEVER YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.
We already have a lot of restrictions to live by without volunteering to be pressured by so-called fashion gurus. We have to go to work, go to school, care for our parents and/or kids, obey traffic laws, dodge the RIAA, vote, and do taxes. Why should we let someone else determine what we wear, too?

9) YOUR OPTIONS ARE ENDLESS.
You don't even have to wear shoes. Barefoot sandals are great for running around barefoot in disguise: they consist of a loop for your middle toe, a decorated strap for the top of the foot, and ties or a clasp for the ankles. I made myself some hemp ones, and they're very comfortable. However, you may find strappy sandals more practical.
As for other accessories: go with natural materials. Jewelry is most often made of hemp, leather or cord, and adorned with shells, stone beads, metals, or wood carvings. Native influences are common, as are Indian and East Asian. Facial piercing are sometimes a part of bohemianism, as are stretched earlobes.
Vintage is works well in the bohemian lifestyle as well. If you find a great dress in your grandmother's attic, don't hesitate to wear it out. As a bohemian, you have access to decades of fashions, rather than just what's cool right now. Feel free to mix-and-match, too. Sneakers might go well with a certain party dress, for example.
What about hair and makeup? Dreadlocks, while too extreme for some, can look amazing on others. Bohemian hairstyles usually don't require much upkeep - let your hair fall naturally. Makeup is often minimal, although sometimes one might employ the style of a particular era (like the red lipstick of the 50s) to achieve a theme.

10) NO MORE FASHION ANXIETY.
As a bohemian, you no longer have to worry so much about "what's cool." Rather than fearing disapproval, you can look to your peers with mutual approval. You are no longer a slave to what's in, and can breathe easy as you browse People Magazine for ideas rather than restrictions.

THIS IS ME NOW..AFTER THE STORM

Sup..it's been a long time hehe..been busy with work and other stuffs so i don't have much time updating my blog. The whole month was a bit crazy, but it was all good. The "busy days" helped me a lot to recover, talkin' about emotions, relationships, depression and whatever you wanna' call it. Everything now for me was back into normal. "That guy" is gone and i'm quite happy with that. Lately, i've realized i've been wasting my time on him. While everything about me was good, some of my friends are having the same experience as i have. Break-ups and a whole lot of cries and pains. Seeing them suffering the same what i have been through also hurts me since i knew what it feels like to be taken for granted and abandoned. But in my case, though we're not friends right now, i still care. Surely, he knows that. It's hard to move on knowing that you still have that "feeling" towards that person. That's normal. Anyone who have loved, knows it. Yeah, after the break up, i've felt that everything around me was gone. Thought it was easy, 'coz i believe i'm strong. But no matter what i did, trying to forget about what happened, still, didn't work out. No matter what i choose to react, nothing happens, the pain, memories, and all, still reminds me of the past. So i just let all my emotions to flow all out. Then, suddenly, just wake up one day, realizing that i was stupid, crying over someone who doesn't even care about me. Sorry for too much drama. I've promised myself not to discuss about it, but i just want to share what i've been through because of "love". Now, everything is different. I don't think he deserve anything, even a smile.

MON AMI..PLS READ..

friendship

I've found this interesting article about friendship. Something that caught my attention since right now i'm having troubles with some of my friends. Well, it helps me understand more about them..

THE 5 DIFFERENT KINDS OF FRIENDS

We all know we need friends, and we all know the basics. Our friends should be loyal, supportive, loving and kind-and we should give that loyalty, support, love and kindness back in return. But it's not just how many friends you have-it's the kind of friends you keep that will make or break your happiness in life. Here's a list of the top five kinds of friends we should cultivate.

The Listener. Everyone needs a shoulder to lean on sometimes, and some of our friends are better at listening than others. Sure, your beer buddy might be a great listener when it comes to your endless droning about baseball stats, but will he fidget impatiently if you need to talk about your family troubles? Not every friend is cut out to sit quietly and let you vent your spleen without getting judgmental or offering too much advice, but if you find a friend that can do that for you, hold onto them for dear life.

The Geek. Face it. We live in the Information Age, and if you don't have a Geek for a friend, you're going to get left behind. This type of friend isn't just useful for helping you when your laptop goes on the fritz-the Geek often has a unique perspective on the world around you, and can open up new guilty pleasures that you've never thought of before. The Geek is someone who will allow you to gush about your enthusiasms, while being entirely un-self-conscious about their own. Best of all, Geek Loyalty is a bond that's hard to break. Even your love life could use a little tech support from time to time, so cultivate a friendship with someone who knows more than you do!

The Twin. Have you ever met someone who seems to share every single interest that you have? The moment you connect with this kind of friend, all kinds of sparks fly. You can bond over your obscure love of ancient cookery or re-runs of Buck Rogers. Maybe you're both night owls, maybe you're both addicted to Cold Stone's cake batter ice cream. Whatever your passion, this kind of friend will share it. In short, the twin is a kind of friend that's just like you. Cherish your bond with this kind of friend, and if you don't have one already, find one as soon as you can!

The Opposite. We all try to cultivate friends who are just like us because it helps us feel validated, and having our enjoyment reflected back at us is a great feeling. But for every friend you have that's a twin, you should also look for an opposite. Life perspective is limiting when your friends are all the same. When you find the kind of friend who has a personality just the opposite of your own, they can teach you to have a new perspective. This kind of friend is not only horizon broadening, but can often earn your respect in ways no one else can. For a well-rounded life, seek out an opposite for friendship and your point of view will be enriched.

The Motivator. Sometimes we wish our friends would just accept us for exactly who we are, but sometimes it's better to have the kind of friends who motivate us to change and love us even if we don't. You know the type. She's the friend who will get your butt up in the morning to go running. He's the kind of friend who prompts you to write a list of everything you want to accomplish in life, and dares you every so often to do it. Motivators are great friends to have, and they should be tolerated even when their frenetic pace gets on your nerves.

FASHION - FOR ME..

Fashionista

Fashion is something that really interests me, but i can't say that i am a certified fashionista 'coz i don't think that my sense of style is that good. I appreciate the beauty of everything that exists. Though for some people there are things that are pure "ugly", but for me, i look at the things in other ways, if not physically, i go for the inner aspects, then that's the definition of beauty for me. I have friends who are into fashion, well, I can say they are good in stylizing stuffs from head to toes. But among our group, i'm the average one..hehe. Fashionista is define as the follower of the latest fashion..hmm..is that for real? Well, this one's another story.

There are actually some things with regards to fashion, that i really want to try and so far these are;

  • wearing the leg warmers in this kind of style..the problem is, i don't have the guts to try it..not now probably..lol

  • Keri Hilson's style - but this one's easy..

  • this indian-style eye make up..

  • Leona Lewis' seductive locks..
  • ..and this one..simple but classy..

Well..they all look simple right?..indeed..'coz "simple" is the only word that best describes me..

ANONYMOUS STREET MACHINE

I am not a car enthusiasts, but i appreciate the beauty that every vehicle has. They all look like a toy despite of their million dollar worth. Though i write articles about cars, still, i can't find any reasons why I should be more interested in them, until i saw this picture of a mysterious vehicle.
